Apparently Pot Noodle is having a complete brand makeover soon to make it appeal more to women. Its about time it lost its student "quick fix" image.
They had a well promoted ad on today at 9-30pm. It was advertised in lots of papers but I missed it. Was it anything worth seeing?

I wonder if Jilly Cooper's in on it as her female protagonist has a pot noodle in the first chapter of her latest book, Wicked.
That would be a remarkably original bit of branding. Mind you, its done in films and tv shows, why not in books?

Darn it, now im actually contemplating reading a Jilly Cooper book just to see a Pot Noodle reference. I think I should get back to Freakanomics quickly...
