Its a good week...

For people I know in the blogosphere.

Just found that not only am I in Campaign's best of the blogs again this week for my comments on the new Carling ad, but Chimp and Scamp are in there too.

While one of the best ads Rob C has ever been involved in (see below) is listed in Campaign's top ten bravest ads of all time.

The way you have written this post sounds like I'm a pretentious cock who ...

[1] believes he has the midas touch on everything he touches - which would be lovely, but is sadly untrue as copious amounts of ads [and clients] will happily testify to.

... and ...

[2] The reality is I had a very, very, very small role in the whole thing [and I'm not being humble, I don't 'do' humble] so all the credit should be aimed directly at [if memory serves me] Chas and Jim.

Right, sorted that out however it is brilliant news you're in Campaigns 'Best Of The Blogs' and so you bloody well should be!

Thanks for the clarification! I do recall you saying you had to persuade the red arrows to be purple though..! But well done Chas and Jim.

It's nice to be in there, its good to be able to show potential employers that my views are taken seriously!
