If they had any sense they'd have bitten my hand off for a widget proposal we wrote for them. This just feels like wasted money. It's redeeming feature is reasonable DOP work.

Not sure what there business problem is but I can imagine that repeat purchase is one. Everyone I know only buys the odd one. Including me.

Naturally I'm looking forward to your write up.
