Also worth a look is a really interesting post from Richard Huntingdon on what an insight is.I always think it's a wonderful privilege that blogging allows people like myself (less than a year in adland) to freely and easily see the thoughts of clever people like Richard.
It would be a bit like being able to go and read a blog from Stephen King when planning was just starting.
