As the original post of the month appears to have fizzled out somewhere in the blogosphere, I thought i'd start it up again.
Please post your nominations here, they can be any posts on advertising, branding, marketing, design or similar topics. Originally posted or majorly updated from 1st June to 15th July.
Once the nominations are in, voting will commence!
I shall try to dig out a small prize for the winner, as well as the honour (ahem) of being Ad Pit Post of the Month! ... and no voting for yourself!!
I really hope this will work, as I think its important to bring people together to see the best of what's going on in the land of blogging :)

My nomination is for Rob Campbell's post: Charity Begins at Home.

I back that ...
I think the prize should be a podcast of you reading the winning post.
Perhaps in a dramatic voice.
...and thats why you are a creative and I am a planner.
We'd make a kickass team!
Brilliant idea. I might just do that... shatner style :D
...mind you, would take all day. Its a long post!
while human 2 is a great post, i'm going to be cheeky and nominate tom LR's who dunnit post over at raymond. it is fucking brilliantly warped, not to mention ridiculously hilarious.
Now that post I would pay good money to hear you read.
And I want a different accent for every character!
Money you say David?
Care to elaborate?!
Great nomination Lauren, thanks!
I prefer to leave it vague. It provides more back-out-ability...
Hi Rob:
Thanks for reviving POM!
I would nominate this from David Armano at logic+emotion, the the brand experience eco-system.

If the cast of my play win this award it will be the pinnacle of their short careers, and they will get the tone of the acceptance speech just right and there'll be no embarrassed pauses or uncomfortable sentiment expressed.
I can't vouchsafe for their behaviour in the toilets during the less aniumated parts of the programme however.
They ARE bemused as to which category this fits into however. Is it branding, or advertising ? Maybe it's marketing generally ?
Rodney: Glad to do it, I felt it was something that we needed to carry on. As long as people nominate and vote for it, it shall be here for a good while!
TomLR: I'll look that one up! Possibly an insight into consumer behaviour, so marketing :D
I'll update the page with your suggestions shortly. Thanks!
Although this is true often, Richard's post on Monologues is clearly by far the best post this month.
